How do I cancel my order?

Please send us an email at contact@braisedefour.fr with the following information: first name, last name, order number.

Can I cancel my order at any time?

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled. You may exercise your right of withdrawal upon receipt of the order.

Is it possible to modify my order?

Order modification is possible as long as the order has not reached or exceeded the in transit status.

How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The return shipping costs are therefore the responsibility of the customer. You can contact us by email at contact@braisedefour.fr to receive a withdrawal form.

Will I be reimbursed for shipping costs if my package is not received?

If your package is returned to us due to a carrier incident, the entire order, including shipping costs, will be refunded. If the package is returned to us due to an error on your part, shipping costs will not be refunded. Our customer service is available at any time by email at contact@braisedefour.fr.

Where are the packages shipped from?

We pack and ship our packages from our premises located in the south of Metropolitan France.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

We invite you to choose this payment method when validating your order; an email containing the necessary information will be sent to you. Your order will be prepared upon receipt and processing of your bank transfer.
