Preamble:

The website braisedefour.fr is published by Nature création (hereinafter referred to as "braisedefour"), registered with the Toulouse trade and companies register under Siren 899543995 and with its registered office at 6 rue du Languedoc in Villeneuve-Tolosane.

The general conditions below set the contractual framework for sales made on the braisedefour.fr merchant site. They govern the purchase-sale relationship between braisedefour and the customer. Any purchase made on this site implies adherence to the said GTC.

Products:

Before making any purchase on our website braisedefour.fr, the customer is required to find out about the different characteristics of the product by consulting the product sheet containing the necessary information such as: image, price, composition, instructions for use.

Delivery times:

Orders are dispatched from our premises within 24 to 48 hours. The delivery time then needs to be added, which is 24 to 48 hours, resulting in a delivery within 3 to 4 working days to mainland France.

This is an indicative time frame (excluding logistical disruptions to postal services).

However, your package may be considered lost if it is not delivered after 30 days.

In the event of non-delivery or receipt of your package within the announced indicative times, we invite you to contact our customer service department, who will provide a response within a maximum of 24 hours.

Right of withdrawal:

You have a period of 14 days after the date of receipt of your order. The return is therefore at the customer's expense. You can contact us by email at contact@braisedefour.fr so that a withdrawal form can be sent to you. However, we inform you that your withdrawal request will be rejected if the product is opened, used or damaged.

Complaint:

If you have any questions about tracking your package or if you have a complaint regarding the condition of your package, please contact our customer service department by email at contact@braisedefour.fr, and you will receive a response within 24 hours.

Price:

The price of the products is that displayed on our site on the same day. This price is subject to reduction or increase.

The price of the products does not include shipping costs, customs duties and taxes for deliveries outside mainland France.

Payment:

Our payment system complies with the PCI data security standard and supports 3D Secure payments.

You also have the option of paying for your orders via PayPal and by bank transfer. Simply choose the payment method when validating your order.

The payment information collected will only be used for the purpose of processing your order.
